Obituary:
Wilma T. Hodges, 90, of Orlando, departed this life on Thursday, June 11, 2026. Wilma was born on September 28, 1935 in Mitchell County, GA to the late Louise and York Thomas.
Wilma was known for her strong work ethic and dedication. She was an active and dedicated member of The Hope Church of Orlando.
In her personal life, Wilma found joy in many simple pleasures. She had a deep love for sewing and caring for children, both of which brought her comfort and happiness. Above all, Wilma cherished spending time with her family, and valued every moment shared with loved ones. Wilma will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her devoted son, Kenny Hodges; 1 grandchild; 4 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and numerous friends.
A service of memory will be held on Friday, June 19, 2026, 11:00 AM at The Hope Church of Orlando, 3032 Monte Carlo Trail, Orlando with Archbishop Allen T.D. Wiggins, officiating.
