Obituary:
Hubbard “Tom” Postell, 80, of Orlando departed this life on Thursday, June 4, 2026. Tom, as he was affectionately known, was born in Oakland, FL on July 22, 1945 to Precious and Willie D. Postell who preceded him in death. He worked in the citrus industry for several years.
Anyone who knew Tom knows he was a die hard baseball fan, a sport he also played in high school. God knew he served his purpose and decided to call him home June 4th. He was a loving husband, father, brother and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Hubbard leaves to cherish his memories: devoted wife, Betty Ann Postell; children, Amy Postell, Deloris Manning, Wanda Manning, Marcus Postell, Jeffrey Hamilton (Sabrina) Postell, Patrick (Lisa) Manning; 1 sister, Bessie Postell; and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 12, 2026 from 4-6PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026, 2:30 PM at El Bethel Temple of Jesus, 3000 Bruton Boulevard, Orlando with Reverend Henry L. Postell II, officiating.
