Obituary:

Cecil Dante Leneire Buckner, 46 of Orlando, departed this life on Monday, May 25, 2026. “Ceez”, as he was affectionately known, was born on August 4, 1979 in Chicago, Illinois to Antoinette and Cecil Buckner.

In his spare time, Cecil enjoyed working out. His smile and love for life will live on in the hearts of those who knew him best. He was a loving son, father, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Cecil leaves to cherish precious memories: his three children, Melaun Buckner, Kylie Everette, Damien O’Harow; loving parents, Antoinette and Cecil Buckner; devoted companion, Meoshua White; and a host of other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026 from 2PM until services begin at 3:00 PM, Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church, 4077 Prince Hall Boulevard, Orlando.
