Obituary:

Andrea S. Bascoe, 55, of Orlando, departed this life on August, 1, 2026. Andrea was born on January 9, 1971 in St. Ann, Jamaica, WI to Veronica and Errol Bascoe.

Andrea had a passion for reading and travelling. Andrea had a fun-spirited soul, whose smile was so stunning that it would light-up any room. What gave her the most joy in life was spending time with her beloved family whom she loved with all her heart. Andrea was a beautiful, giving and kind individual and she will forever be missed.

She is survived by her parents, Errol and Veronica Bascoe; sisters, Simone Bascoe, Shorna Bascoe, Meosha Wiggins; brothers, Dave Bascoe, Ricardo Bascoe; and a host of other relatives and numerous friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026 from 10:00 AM until services begin at 11:00 AM, Life Center Church, 63 E. Kennedy Boulevard, Eatonville with Bishop Cornell King, officiating.

  1. My friend since 4th grade…. Andrea Bascoe , you’re really gone . Always beautiful inside and out . The kindest heart. When you told me you were rescuing stray animals, I wasn’t the least bit surprised . We not only had academic classes together but we also danced in the school group . We never got the chance to meet up even though we had the intention to do so May you rest in Perfect Peace my friend. There’s no more pain. We are left behind to mourn your leaving and also celebrate your time on this earth and the privilege of knowing you. Sleep until we meet again in the arms of the Most High God .
