Obituary:

Girlene Delois Holloway Johnson, 81, of Orlando, departed this life on Wednesday, October 25, 2023. Girlene was born on May 15, 1942 in Parrott, GA to the late Addie W. and Willie Andrew Holloway.

She accepted the Lord as her Savior at an early age. She was a faithful member of the House of God Keith Dominion, Apopka. She retired from Walt Disney World after 25 years of service. She dedicated her life to providing her family. She instilled love, wisdom, and Christian values for all her family to follow. She was a devoted mother, sister, grandmother and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Girlene is survived by her daughters, Marion (Johnny) Weeks, Angela (Bernard) Johnson; sisters, Margaret Peters, Lillie Pearl Preston; 4 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 from 10:00 AM until services begin at 12:00 Noon at House of God Keith Dominion, 1261 S. Central Avenue, Apopka with Pastor Tracey Davis, officiating. Interment: Orlando Memorial Gardens, Apopka.
