Obituary:
David D. Dariso, Jr., 85, of Orlando, departed this life on Friday, September 4, 2026. David was born on October 13, 1940 in Leesburg, GA to the late Rose H. and David Dariso Sr. David completed his formal education and later worked in the transportation industry.
David was a caring, trustworthy, kind hearted and respectable man. He was more than a father, he was a nurturer, a friend and a guiding light. His strength, faith, and unwavering generosity touched countless lives. If you needed him, he was there without hesitation. He was a treasure to his family and he will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Willie Ruth Dariso; daughter, Renea (Charles) Thompson; sons, Raymond W. Dariso, David A. Dariso; sister, Mary Jean (Jesse) Keaton; brothers, Russell (Bernice) Dariso, Lee E. Dariso, Vernon (Wanda) Dariso; 6 grandchildren; and a host of great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18, 2026 from 4-6 PM at the church. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, 11:00 AM at Washington Shores Church of Christ, 2818 Orange Center Boulevard, Orlando with Pastor Trevonte Peterson, officiating. Interment: Orlando Memorial Gardens, Apopka.
