Obituary:
Delia A. Redwood, 62, of Winter Park, departed this life on Monday, September 21, 2026. Delia was born on August 7, 1964 in Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies.
Delia was a loving, caring woman with a heart of gold. She loved being with her family. In her spare time, she enjoyed watching sports, especially track and field events. Above all else, she was a woman of faith. She was an active member of Fresh Oil Ministries, Orlando, serving in various capacities to include singing in the choir, teaching Sunday School, and being a church greeter. She instilled love, wisdom, and Christian values for her family to follow. She dedicated her life to serving God with her whole heart and caring for people. Delia was a beautiful, giving and kind individual that made a lasting impact on many lives, and she will forever be missed.
She leaves to cherish his memories: daughter, Chelsea Redwood; siblings, Ralston Edwards, Garth Stewart, Victoria Edwards, Theresa Thompson, Carla Thompson; and a host of other relatives, church family and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16, 2026 from 5-7 PM at the church. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026, 10:00 AM Fresh Oil Ministries, 8301 Silver Star Road, Orlando with Pastor Richard Notice, officiating. Interment: Highland Memory Gardens, Apopka.
