Obituary:

Willie Arthur Bryant, 82, of Maitland, departed this life on Sunday, November 20, 2022. Willie, affectionately known as Auto by his family, was born on January 29, 1940 in Miami, FL to Alberta and P J Bryant. Professionally, he was employed as a truck driver for several years. In his spare time, Willie enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family. He was a devoted husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He leaves his loving memories to be cherished by his wife, Julia Mae Bryant; daughters, Joyce (Handy) Smith, Bernadette Alston, Tawanna Bryant; sons, Willie (Gloria) Bryant, Jr., Edward (Teressa) Bryant, Nelson (LaTrice) Demps, Sr., Elijah Bryant, Elroy Bryant; sisters, Clara Bell, Verdie Collins, Myrtle King; brothers, Ham Bryant, Luke Bryant; 21 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 2, 2022 from 4-6PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2022, 11:00AM at Postell’s Mortuary Chapel, Orlando with Minister David Allen, officiating. Interment: Orlando Memorial Gardens, Apopka.

    Grandad you was the only father figure I know growing up… and I appreciate everything you have taught me and everything you done for me and my siblings..I’m the hard worker I am today because of you..I love and miss you grandad I will continue to make you proud…Rest peacefully My Angel.
