Obituary:
Willie A. “Glide” Jordan, 63, of Orlando, departed this life on Saturday, November 4, 2023. Willie was born on August 5, 1960 in Orlando, Florida to Dorothy and Joseph Jordan Sr. Willie was educated in Orange County Public Schools and graduated from Evans High School. Willie was very skilled at designing and made a career in architecture. In his spare time, he enjoyed collecting cards. He was a devoted father, brother and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his son, Kristopher (Danille) Jordan; brother, James (Larvan) Jordan; sisters, Alfreda Monroe, Gwendolyn McKinney, Levetta Jordan; and a host of other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2023 from 4-6PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Sunday, November 19, 2023, 1:00PM at Solomons Porch Advent Ministries, 8310 Forest City Road, Orlando with Pastor John Smith, officiating.
