Obituary:
Sadie Grant Pelham, 90, of Orlando, departed this life on Tuesday, October 1, 2019. Sadie was born in Anderson, SC to Minnie M. and Turner Payton on June 12, 1929. Sadie was employed as a nurses aide for several years. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with family and friends. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Sadie is survived by her sons, Reynolds (Toni) Lee, Charlie (Tonyi) Pelham, Lieutenant Colonel (USA, Retired); 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandand a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 11, 2019 from 4-7PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2019, 11:00AM at EBON Temple, Inc, 7001 Wallace Road, Orlando with Bishop Thomas S. Lee, officiating. Interment: Dr. Phillips Cemetery, Orlando.
