Obituary:

Ronald Lavell Sanders Sr., 58, of Orlando, departed this life on Saturday, October 24, 2026. Ronald, affectionately called “Ron Jon” by family and friends, was born on August 28, 1968 in Orlando, Florida to Thelma Stokes and R.L. Sanders. He was educated in Orange County Public Schools, and worked in landscaping prior to his demise.

Ronald was a man that would give his all to help anyone. Ronald provided for and protected his family with all his might. Anyone who knew “Ron Jon” knows he loved cooking and spending time with this family. He was a loving and caring man that was determined to enjoy life. He was a devoted father, brother, grandfather and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He leaves to mourn his passing: 5 children, Deonta Sanders, Ronald Sanders Jr., Brittany Camille, Courtney (Wadson) Theus, Tiffany Sanders; 5 siblings, Tony Stokes, Schree Sanders, Dale Sanders, Calvin Sanders, Wanda Joiner; 12 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and sorrowing friends.

A service of memory will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2026 at 11:00 AM, Total Praise Missionary Church, 4075-A LB McLeod Road, Orlando, with Bishop Anthony Parks, officiating.
