Obituary:

Lou Ellen Fedrick, 87, of Orlando, fell asleep and entered into eternal rest on Monday, March 4, 2024. Lou Ellen was born on December 22, 1936 in Vienna, GA to the late Mary T. and Roosevelt Buckles, Sr. Professionally, Lou Ellen was employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse for several years.

Lou Ellen loved the Lord, her life, her family, and the church. She was an active member and ordained clergy of The Life Center Church, Eatonville, serving in various ministries of the church over the course of five plus decades. Minister Fedrick was a faithful, dependent servant. She was always one of the very first people to arrive at church for service every week. She was a faithful and willing servant who instilled love, wisdom and Christian values for her family to follow. Minister Fedrick was a “boss lady”, but she guided and corrected people with love.

Minister Fedrick will be missed by her church family, everyone who knew and loved her for her loving and caring ways. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, servant and friend whose memories will live on in the hearts of those she touched.

Minister Fedrick is survived by her beloved husband, Lewis Fedrick Jr.; 5 children, Valeria (Cornelious) Laws, Delbra Jackson, Kathy Taylor, Eric (Kim) Fedrick, Adriene (Stanley) Hill; 3 sisters, Iretha Jackson, Dorothy Burnette, Mary (Marcel) Thomas; 24 grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives, nieces, nephews, church family, and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 15, 2024 from 5-7PM at the church. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2024, 11:00AM at Life Center Church, 63 E. Kennedy Boulevard, Eatonville with Bishop Ronald Kimble Sr., officiating. Interment: Eatonville Memorial Gardens, Eatonville.

What can I say about Mrs. Fedrick. If I ever met a true woman of God who exemplified the life of Christ it was her. Well done thy good and faithful servant. Praying for the family.

I know Ms. Lou will be missed, But she is surely resting in his arms. Such a kind spirit and Christlike personality. She was a true Queen in fashion and a great compassionate caregiver as nurse and Coworker at VA and a true friend.
RIP my friend. Condolences to the family.
