Obituary:

Lizzie Mae Evans, 75, of Orlando, departed this life on Friday, February 11, 2022. Lizzie Mae was born on April 5, 1946 in Sunflower, MS to the late Estella and Robert Evans. Lizzie Mae dedicated her life to her raising and caring for her beloved family. She enjoyed cooking and keeping a clean home. She instilled love, wisdom, and Christian values for all her family to follow. She was a devoted sister, grandmother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her brother, Don (Carrie) Evans; 5 grandchildren, Letreicia Street, Noah Street, Nehemiah Street, Charles Evans, Latasha Evans-Salley; and a host of great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 25, 2022 from 4PM-6PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2022, 3:00 PM at Church of Christ Westmoreland, 215 N. Westmoreland Drive, Orlando with Pastor Johnson, officiaiting.
