Obituary:
Lisa Lynette Staley, 50, of Deltona, Florida, passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2026, at AdventHealth Fish Memorial in Orange City, Florida. She was born on February 20, 1976, in Sanford, Florida. Lisa graduated from Benedict College in Columbia, South Carolina, and was a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
She was preceded in death by her father, Melvin Staley, Sr., and her brother, Gregory Leonard Mills.
Lisa leaves to cherish her memory her son, Antron Austin; her mother, Vivian Mills Staley; her siblings, Rederick Mills (Monica), Venus Diannetta Mills, Petrese Mills, and Melvin Staley, Jr.; along with a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many sorrowing friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Ned Branch Missionary Baptist Church, 10620 Dunbarton Boulevard, Barnwell, SC.
