Obituary:
Delinda D. Bell, 81, of Sanford, Florida departed this life on Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Delinda, affectionately known as DeeDee, was born on March 18, 1945 in Bainbridge, GA to the late Rossie and John Bell. Professionally, she worked in hospital housekeeping for several years.
Delinda was a very kind, generous, loving woman with a heart of gold. She dedicated her life to her raising and caring for her beloved family. In her spare time she enjoyed cooking and travelling. She instilled love, wisdom, and Christian values for her children and family to follow. She was a devoted mother, sister, grandmother and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Delinda leaves her precious memories with her loving children, Evelyn Coley, Bernard Robinson, Dexter (Christie) Wilford; siblings, Rosalyn King, Jeanie Smart, Aaron Bell; 4 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 26, 2026 from 4-6PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026, 11:00 AM at Postell’s Mortuary Chapel. Interment: Washington Park Cemetery, Orlando.

I am going to miss my good friend, she was one of a kind, sleep well my friend.
Dee and I have been best friends for 45+ years.. She was a pleasure to be with. I am going to miss her so much. She will be dancing in heaven with Jesus, my husband and all of the angels.. I love you Dee.
I meet you years ago at Ward Chapel A.M.E. Church. My sister’s, brother in law, Clarence, and you was all on the same usher Board. I will remember your quite Spirit such a Sweet Person… RIP my friend.. Jackie
Will always remember her powerful joy and the infectious love she carried everywhere. An amazing blessing to our family. She always made us feel a little better than we really were. And how about them collard greens?!
