Obituary:
Kendrick Myron Zackery, 55, of Jacksonville, departed this life on Friday, October 16, 2026. Kendrick was born on September 7, 1971 in Orlando, FL to Glenda Zackery. After he completed high school, Kendrick served proudly in the US Marine Corps. Once his military service ended, he worked as a skilled barber for several years.
Kendrick was a caring, trustworthy, kind hearted and respectable man. He always taught his children how to be strong and resilient. He was a die hard fan of the Dallas Cowboys. Aside from sports, he spent quality time with his beloved family and friends. He was a hard worker and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Kendrick is survived by his 4 children, Kendra Zackery, Kyarah Zackery, Jveon Jefferson, Landon Zackery; mother, Glenda Zackery’ 2 siblings, Nathaniel Zackery, Dawn Carter; and a host of other relatives and many friends.
A service of memory will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2026 at 3:00 PM, Postell’s Mortuary Chapel, Orlando.
