Obituary:

Edethria Anthony, 63, of Orlando, departed this life on Friday, January 29, 2021. Edethria, affectionately called “Sipp” by her family and friends, was born on February 5, 1957 in Orlando, Florida to Catherine Tillman and Eddie Sipp, Sr. Edethria was educated in Orange County Public Schools and graduated from Wymore High, class of 1976. Professionally, she worked in packaging with the Frito Lay Company for over 30 years.

Edethria dedicated her life to serving God, her family and community. She was a mother of the church and worshipped faithfully at Faith United Church, Orlando. In her spare time, she enjoyed watching tv, sports, travelling, bowling and reading her bible. She volunteered her time at the church until her health declined. Even in her illness, she instilled love, wisdom, and Christian values for all her children and grandchildren to follow. She was a devoted mother, sister, grandmother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her: two daughters, Tersie Honor, Shayeeda Daniels; 18 siblings; 4 grandchildren; a host of other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 5, 2021 from 4-6PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2021, 1:00 PM at Community Baptist Church, 651 Campanella Avenue, Orlando with Pastor Adrian Davis, officiating. Interment: Washington Park Cemetery, Orlando.

    I had worked with Dee for many years I had enjoy knowing her. We share the same birtday and had a lot in comen I was sadden to hear of her passing. May my prayers be wjth you.
