I am beyond saddened to be writing this. I did not have the pleasure of meeting you. However, my heart breaks for your family. I am so sorry for their loss. I’ve prayed countless times for you since this began. I would like to also thank you and your beautiful family for the gifts that you gave others during this tragedy. Sometimes things happen that we don’t understand or even agree with. This is one of these times. God has a plan. My thoughts and prayers are with you all in this difficult time. Dear Russell, Stephen, and Chalet…I had the honor and privilege of meeting you all in person back in August of 2015 when Chalet was in the hospital. I can still feel the hug I shared with Iris. I can still see the smile on her face, the love of her family and life in her eyes. The words of love and tribute Chalet has posted in honoring Mom are testament to the character of who Chalet has become as she shares her love and heart with others, especially children. I am so sorry for for your loss of Iris, but her love lives on in all of you. God Bless.

Chalet, we remember when we met your mom in LA along with you and your dad . It was an evening where we were able to relax with just a small group and feel the love and compassion of your mom and her clear love of you and your love for one another. They say the measurement of a person is what they leave behind. Know that your mother’s soul rest in peace knowing that she has left this world a better place by raising a caring and loving family. May you always hold the beautiful memories of her close to your heart and allow them to blossom. May she rest in peace. Sincere condolences to the entire family. Chuck and Lisa Mosey
