Obituary:

Cassandra F. Thomas, 64, of Orlando, transitioned from labor to reward on Sunday, April 12, 2026. Cassandra, affectionately known as ”Sandra”, was born on March 24, 1962 to the late Mary and Robert Thomas Jr.

Cassandra dedicated her life to service, her family and community. She had a true passion for cooking and making people feel welcomed and loved. She also enjoyed reading her bible, listening to music, doing puzzles and spending time with her family. She was a member of St. John Missionary Baptist Church, Orlando and served faithfully as an usher until her health began to decline. She instilled love, wisdom, and Christian values for all of her family to follow. Sandra was a devoted sister, aunt and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her: siblings, Annette Oliver, Kenneth (Cynthia) Thomas, Eugene (Ozzie) Johnson; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 24, 2026 from 4-6PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, 11:00 AM at St. John Baptist Church, 30 Fred L. Maxwell Boulevard, Orlando with Pastor Rolous Frazier, Jr., officiating. Interment: Woodlawn Memorial Park, Orlando.
