Obituary:
Adrian Albert Douglas, 76, of Orlando, departed this life on Thursday, October 16, 2025. Adrian was born in Kingston, Jamaica, W.I. on June 16, 1949 to the late Pearlina and Adrian Uriah Douglas.
In pursuit of the American dream, he migrated to the United States of America, eventually settling down in Central Florida. Professionally, he worked in construction as a mason for several years. He was a loving and devoted father, brother, grandfather and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
He leaves to cherish and celebrate his legacy: 3 children, Terrence (Jacqueline) Douglas, Rohan Douglas, Deborah (Robert) Douglas-White; brothers, Roy (Joyce) Stennett, Clive Douglas, Glen Reckley, Vincent Campbell; sisters, Daphney Douglas, Lorna Douglas, Beverly Douglas, Marjorie Reckley, Lolitha Campbell; 7 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 31, 2025 from 4-6 PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, 11:00 AM at Freedom All Church of the Living Christ, 7810 Albania Avenue, Orlando with Pastor Norman Wilson Sr., officiating. Interment: Edgewood Cemetery, Apopka.
