Obituary:
Pastora A. Webber, 90, of Orlando, departed this life on Sunday, March 23, 2025. Pastora, affectionately known as Patsy, was born in Portland, Jamaica WI on May 5, 1934 to the late Ida Williams and Leaford Marshall.
Pastora was a humble, reserved and selfless woman who dedicated her life to her family. She radiated happiness and kindness, and her unwavering work ethnic was an inspiration to all who knew her. She attended Fellowship Primary School in Jamaica, close to her place of birth. There her love for learning and community developed.
Pastora was an active member of the Port Antonio Methodist Church where she utilized he musical talent as she sang in the choir. Pastora worked as a seamstress in addition to her responsibilities as a housewife. Spiritually, her life changed as she became a Seventh-day Adventist. Over the years she served in the hospitality department of the church and as a deaconess and was very faithful with her responsibilities. Pastor’s legacy is one of love, resilience, kindness, and devotion to family, friend, and community. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who had the privilege to know her.
She leaves to cherish and celebrate her legacy: 3 children, Eathon, Doreen and Lloyd; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; siblings, Gloria Marshall, Annarose Elliston; and a host of other relatives and many friends.
A service of celebration will be held on Sunday, April 27, 2025, 11:00 AM at Mt. Olive Seventh Day Adventist Church, 3350 Clarcona Road, Apopka with Pastor Carl Ware, officiating. Interment: Highland Memory Garden, Apopka.
