Obituary:
Leonidas Velasco Lemus, 91, of Orlando, passed away on Tuesday, August 13, 2024. He was born October 6, 1932, in Cali, Columbia, to the late Leonidas Lemus and Cecilia Velasco. Leonidas, a kind and gentle soul, worked in the clothing industry for numerous years.
Leonidas is survived by his loving wife, Rosa Rivera; sons, Abraham Lemus, Noe Rivera, Richard Lemus, Jesse Lemus, and Wally Love; daughter, Danik Mignano; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held at Postell’s Chapel on Friday, August 30, 2024, from 4 PM to 6 PM.
A Celebration of Life Service for Leonidas Velasco Lemus will be held on Saturday, August 31, 2024, at 12 Noon at Lake Hill Baptist Church, 301 S. Hudson Street, Orlando, Florida, with Pastor Pablo Lopez, officiating.
