Obituary:
Annie “Anne” L. Hawkins-Williams, 70, of Kissimmee, departed this life on Friday, July 12, 2024. Ann was born on October 21, 1953 in Newton, Georgia to the late Alma Jean White and George Hawkins.
To those who knew Anne, she will be remembered as a caring, fun, outgoing person who was willing to lend a helping hand. She was always there to offer her support. She loved people and her passion was caring for her family. In her spare time, she enjoyed watching TV and YouTube videos, reading her Bible, and spending time with her beloved grandchildren. Both family and friends would agree, Ann was someone you could trust and rely on. Annie was a loving mother, sister, grandmother and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her daughters, LaShondra Hawkins, Monica Williams; sister, Pamela D. Hawkins; brothers, Thomas White, Melvin Hawkins, Curtis Lee Hawkins, Aubery Hawkins, Jimmy (Angela) Hawkins, Donald (Brenda Joyce) Hawkins; 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 26, 2024 from 4-6PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2024, 12:00 Noon at Antioch Primitive Baptist Church, 4124 Pappy Kennedy Street, Orlando with Elder Gregory Clayton, officiating. Interment: Oakland-Tildenville Community Cemetery, Oakland.
