Obituary:

Brenda A. Benjamin, 66, of Orlando, FL departed this life on Friday, May 31, 2024. Brenda, a lifelong resident of Orlando, was born on October 3, 1957 to the late Elizabeth Bryant and Henry Thomas.

Brenda was a woman of great wisdom. She dedicated her life to providing for her family and service to her church. She instilled love, wisdom, and Christian values for all of her children and family to follow. She was an active member of Grace Bible Church where she participated in whatever capacity was needed. She also loved shopping and cooking. She was a devoted mother, sister, grandmother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She leaves to cherish her love and memories to her 4 children, Marcus (Tonia) Quarterman Sr., Tomika Quarterman, Zedric (Etwanda) Benjamin, Nicole (Dale) Cunningham; siblings, Ray Redding, Sherrald Blanchard, Patricia Franklin, Glenn Redding, Dondi Moses, Rebecca Huey, Sandra Hollinger, Derrick Redding Sr.; 15 grandchildren; and a host of great grandchildren, in-laws, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 14, 2024 from 4-6PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2024, 11:00 AM at Grace Bible Church of Central Florida, 801 Dorscher Road, Orlando with Pastor Gene Pritchard, officiating. Interment: Orlando Memorial Gardens, Apopka.

    To the Benjamin family and Patricia. My deepest sympathy and condolences to each of you. Seems as if God was ready for another Angel. Keep your head up and view the sky for she will surely wave that it is alright.
