Once, twice, three times a lady. Mother Brown was such a wonderful, special person who taught us how to be spiritual warriors and enjoy life all at the same time. She knew how to lead, laugh, love. We are so grateful for a life well lived.
To Freddie, Eddie, Thomas and Debra!
You are an amazing family! Your mom was just a wonderful mom to many young people joining St Mark in 1968 under Rev J. D. Washington! She loved singing in the choir for many years and serving in her church. She always add words of wisdom to share with those of us in our 20’s! . Trust me “great words of wisdom!” Love you Mana Brown , Debra, Freddie, Eddie , Thomas and family!

Every time I think of Mother Brown I have to smile. Soon after joining St. Mark in 1998 I learned she was a beautiful jewel, full of grace, wisdom, kindness, and a child of God! Just know she will always and forever be with you, and there when you need to talk to her. Prayers going up to keep you and comfort you during this transitional time. You loved her dearly, but God loved her best.
I would Ike to extend my condolences to you Debra and your family in the passing of your mother.
I remember her as a child growing up in Saint Mark church. She always had such a loving smile on her face..
May her memory be etched in your heart forever
