Obituary:

Willie A. Bell, Jr., 28, of Apopka, departed this life suddenly on Saturday, June 24, 2023. Willie, also known as Lil’ Willie by his family, was born on April 8, 1995 in Orlando, FL to Samantha M. Mayes and Willie Bell, Sr. Willie was educated in the Orange County Public School System and graduated from Jones High School, class of 2014. After graduation, he furthered his education at Florida Memorial University, earning a degree in Business. As an entrepreneur, he operated his own auto detailing service.

He loved spending time with his family and friends. His smile and love for life will live on in the hearts of those who knew him best. Willie enjoyed watching sports, especially football. He was known for his kindness and his compassion for people. He was loved by many and will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his mother, Samantha Mayes; father, Willie Bell Sr.; siblings, LaToya, Alphonzo, Jerre’ka, Emari, Andre, and Teriel; maternal grandparents, Willie Ann Miller, Sammie C. Mayes; fiancee’, Armani Hayes; and a host of other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 7, 2023 from 5-7PM at the church. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2023, 10:00 AM at New Life COGIC, 3311 N. Powers Drive, Orlando with Pastor Fredrick D. Robinson, officiating. Interment: Washington Park Cemetery, Orlando.
