Jennifer was not only my favorite coworker, she was one of my favorite people period!! I feel blessed to have met her in January 2022 when I started at AWP and from the minute I met her, she was my absolute favorite!! She was always smiling and talking about her family!! I know she’s upstairs with the big man along with her mom and sister whom she always talked about. Jennifer will be deeply missed by everyone, especially me!! She was simply the best, a beautiful, gentle soul who was taken away too early!! I will think about her and miss her every day!! May she rest in peace. πŸ’œπŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ’œ

Praying for all of the families that Jan touched. One word to describe Jan would be FAMILY. Jan LOVED her family. We’re all going to miss her big bright smile and bubbly personality. Jan and I have been friends since Murchison Terrace/Motown days. Throughout the years we still managed to keep in touch with each other. Our genuine heart to heart talks reassuring each other that everything was going to be alright. We enjoyed Motown Reunions, Wymore school cookouts where Nate had to eventually take over the grilling (inside joke), & whenever Nate & Taiwana Bell had cookouts in Kissimmee. Best believe I was riding with Nate & Jan. Jan always had a heart of GOLD for everybody. TILL WE MEET AGAIN MY FRIEND.

My friend/sister you will be missed. That warming smile, always making everyone feel like family. Remembering all the fun times In Murchison Terrace, playing softball and volleyball at Hankins Park. Rest easy my friend .

Jennifer was a person who made everyone day by wishing them to have a Wonderful Day . She was kind and caring. If only she knew the impact she made on us with her warm heart and smile. Its seems unreal that she is no longer with us. I wake up wishing it was dream ,But I know she is now resting and watching over us.I will truly miss you rest in peace Jan.πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ™πŸ™

During the pandemic if no one else could calm me down – YOU could. Spending time with you on New Year’s Day meant the world to me. I will forever hold our silly memories close to heart; forever value your sound advice and most importantly, I will always love you! I can’t dial your phone when someone tells me “you act just like Jan and yo’ Uncle Ruben” anymore…but I’ll be sure to look up to the heavens and smile. xoxo

When my grandson was born we became family. From day one you always had a calming spirit about you. A way that made everyone feel welcomed, accepted & love. I will truly miss you. This world needs more people like you. You were an angel on earth. I can only say God needed one of his best angels back by his side. Love alwaysπŸ’œπŸ’œ

My condolences to the family and my prayer is that our God gives you strength during this time. Jan was a great co-worker while with The City of Orlando at the Ivey Lane Recreation Center. She loved her job, the kids and was always smiling and kept things in order by always keeping things cleaned up! She was truly loved and loved her family! May there be comfort in knowing that someone so special will always be remembered and never forgotten.
