Obituary:

Christopher Arnold Fraser, 49, of Ocoee, departed this life on Monday, January 30, 2023. Christopher, known as “Frase” by his family and friends, was born on December 6, 1973 in Brooklyn, NY to Evadney and Arnold Fraser. Professionally, he was employed as a mechanical engineer for over 25 years.

Christopher had a passion for writing. This passion led him to writing several plays and movie productions for his home church, Mission of Hope Worship Center. He also loved listening to music and being stylish. Anyone who knew Christopher knew he dressed well for any occasion. His smile and love for life will live on in the hearts of those who knew him best. Through illness and declining health, his faith never waivered and he held firm to his faith until his last breath. He was loved by many and will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his loving wife, Tasha Tucker Fraser; devoted parents, Bishop Arnold and Evadney Fraser; sister, Reverend Theresa Fraser; and a host of other relatives, church family and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 17, 2023 from 5-7PM at the church. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2023, 10:00 AM at Mission of Hope Worship Center, 5400 Hernandes Drive, Orlando with Rev. Theresa Fraser, officiating. Chris was the most pleasant warm person i know. He made our welcome to our house across from him extremely welcoming as his neighbor. We looked forward to seeing him every day just to say Chris Chris and he would say Dave Dave and hail out my puppy with dog dog. He was truly a one of a kind person and one of strong Faith. May the Good Lord Bless and keep him safe in that house not built with hands in the Heavens. RIP my Brother. You’ll always be loved..

Just got the news Chris, so hard to understand these things, I’m gonna miss you bro, I was looking forward to seeing you and my sister Tasha together. You were always super intelligent and super funny, lol, thats a hard combination. You definitely helped me out in many classes and kept everything light-hearted and never took things serious. So glad I was able to speak to you years ago and that you had a solid engineering career and ended up with the woman you always loved. Always and forever your engineering boy! Love you Chris, see you again! 🙏🏽

Wow… shocked. He was such a great neighbor, full of life, find the time to play with our 10 yr old. Chris would come over n watch my husband work in the garage, and he would tell my husband he is ‘ too extra’. Lol Tasha, sure he is showering love from Heaven to you…. stay strong.

Chris it’s so hard to hear of your passing but I am glad you are no longer suffering. Your contagious smile, bad jokes, and laughter will forever be in my heart and make me smile. We had a lot of good memories from Evans to Famu e-school. Although we lost touch at times, we always picked up where we left off. You will be dearly missed. May God continue to be a place of peace for your family during these difficult times. Until we meet again.

Chris, I’m going to miss you. Life is so short and so precious. We all only get so many opportunities to make an impact. You made an impact. You were gifted at that. You stepped into people’s lives and made a memorable impression. It didn’t take you long. We all should celebrate that about you. I’m saddened because I know you made my cousin happy ang you were such a joy multiplier. I looked forward to hanging out with you more and I won’t get those opportunities. However, the times I got to hang out with are unforgettable no matter how few those times were. I appreciate you Brutha. God bless the beautiful souls who birthed and raised you. God bless the siblings and family members that helped shape you.. God bless you Tasha. You made powerful impact in this life. Rest in power Chris.

Chris- this one is hard to process. Although we barely connected after our high school years, I was your first school friend when you moved to Florida many years ago. People thought you were my little brother due to your stature In middle school; but you eventually grew. I am thankful for social media where I got to see you live a beautiful life with another classmate, Tasha. Life is full of regrets and I regret not staying in touch and am sad I could not hear your corny jokes or Pow one last time. May you rest in internal peace.
