Obituary:
Minnie “Pat” Walker, 69, of Orlando, fell asleep and entered eternal rest on Sunday, January 22, 2023. Minnie was born on February 3, 1953 in Quincy, Florida to the late Mable and Ulysess Pinkins. Professionally, she worked as a PBX Operator in the hotel industry for several years.
Minnie was a woman of great wisdom. She instilled love, wisdom, and Christian values for all of her family to follow. She loved her family and showed love to everyone. Minnie was and will continue to be an inspiration to us all for living life in an exemplary way. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Minnie leaves to cherish her memory: loving and devoted husband, Ernest Walker, Jr.; two loving daughters, Latausha Smith, Dasha Brown; brother, Theodore (Isolde) Wallace; 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 3, 2023 from 4-6 PM at the mortuary. A service of Celebration will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2023, 11:00 AM at Mt. Olive Christian Methodist Episcopal Church, 745 Woods Avenue, Orlando with Bishop Kevin Williams, officiating. Interment: Washington Park Cemetery, Orlando.

My condolences to Ernest, Tasha and the entire family. Celebrating Ms. Pat’s life tomorrow is not over. Ms. Pat’s life will be forever in our hearts and minds. Especially her beautiful smile. Rest in peace Ms. Pat.
