Obituary:

Raquel L. Formor, 51, of Daytona Beach, departed this life on Saturday, October 22, 2022. Raquel was born on October 2, 1971 in Orlando, FL to Hattie Mae and Theo Manuel, Jr. Professionally, she worked in a department store and a customer service representative for several years.

Raquel was a caring, trustworthy, kind hearted woman. She loved her family and enjoyed being with her friends until her health declined. She was a loving mother, sister, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Raquel is survived by her daughter, Kyanna Formor; sons, Jeremy Manuel, Malik Williams; father, Theo Manuel, Jr.; brothers, Theo Manuel, Jr., Theotis L. Manuel;; sisters, Rochelle D. Manuel, Theola Manuel; mother-in-law, Beverly Risper; and a host other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2022, 3:00 PM at Postell’s Mortuary Chapel, Orlando with Apostle Haywood King IV, officiating.

    I was sadden to here of my Grandson Jeremy Manuel
    Mother passing. And his siblings.
    She was a caring Mother.
