Obituary:

Lindan C. Williams, 69, of Montverde, departed this life on Monday, July 25, 2022. Lindan was born on September 18, 1952 in De Kalb, MS to the late Dora Dean and Tommie Paylor. Professionally, she was employed as a department store retail sales associate. As a faithful member of St. Mark AME Church, Clermont, she served on the Stewardess Board until her health declined.

Lindan dedicated her life to serving God, her family and community. She instilled love, wisdom, and Christian values for all her family to follow. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Lindan is survived by beloved husband, Rev. James Williams; son, Terrance Tisdale; sisters, Gail (James) Beard, Patricia (James) Robinson, Katherine Paylor; brother, Harvey (Maria) Paylor; 2 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives, church family and friends.

Visitation will take place on Saturday, July 30, 2022 from 5-7PM at the mortuary.A graveside service will be held on Sunday, July 31, 2022, 9:00AM at Oak Hill Cemetery, 801 East Avenue, Clermont with Pastor Denzil Brumfield, officiating.

    Rev. James and family , my family and I do express our prayers and condolences to each of you on the homegoing of your love one . We are keeping you all in our prayers . Remember Earth has no sorrow that Heaven can’t heal. Saints don’t die they just sleep away in the lord.
