Obituary:
Pauline Sandra Scott-Gibson, 70, of Orlando, departed this life on Sunday, January 30, 2022. Pauline, a lifelong resident of Orlando, was born on February 5, 1951 to the late Carrie Bell Lagree and William Anderson.
Professionally, Pauline was a businesswoman. She had a passion for children and education, and thus, opened her own day care services. She was a woman of great wisdom. She dedicated her life to service, to her family and community. She instilled love, wisdom, and Christian values for all of her children and grandchildren to follow. Her memories will live on in our hearts. She loved her family and showed love to everyone. Ms. Pauline was and will continue to be an inspiration to us all for living life in an exemplary way. She was a devoted mother, sister, grandmother and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Pauline is survived by her sons, Bertram Smith, Benjamin (Mary) Smith, Michael Byrd; daughter, Larossa (Curtis) Smith; sisters, Lesharn Anderson, Gayle (Damon) Anderson, Doreen (Nathaniel) Luckett; brothers, Larry Lagree, Eddie (Pam) Scott, Donald Anderson, Robert Anderson; 15 grandchildren; and a host of great grands, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 11, 2022 from 4-6 PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 11:00 AM, Orlando West Ministries, 3005 N. Powers Drive, Orlando with Minister Phillip Jones, officiating. Interment: Oakland Tildenville Community Cemetery, Oakland.
