Obituary:

Pomia J. Boles, 69, of Apopka, departed this life on Monday, December 20, 2021. Pomia was born in Jasper, Florida on March 9, 1952 to the late Rosa and Daniel Boles, Sr.

She was a woman of integrity and strength with a commitment to serving God. She was a member of The Apostolic Church of Jesus. She instilled love, wisdom, and Christian values for all her children and family to follow.
In her spare time, Mother Boles enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory: daughter, Kimberly Forte; son, Corey (Lawonda) Boles; sisters, Dorothy Carter, Sarah (Steve) Harris; brothers, Bishop Daniel (Merdice) Boles, Jr., Jimmie (Simone) Boles; 5 grandchildren; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 7, 2022 from 4-6PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2022, 11:00AM at Apostolic Church of Jesus, 4432 Piedmont Street, Orlando with Pastor Venture Carter, officiating.

    My Dear Auntie/Friend , you were a major support to me and my family when I loss my brother and mother (2019) I miss our long catch phone conversations. Tell my mom, dad , sister and brother that I think of them daily and love them. Gone to soon! Rest well daughter of Christ!

    My mother and Pomia worked together. I knew Pomia. To be a caring person .She loved God.

    I met Pomia over 30 yrs ago. We shared our granddaughter Keairra. What I remembered most about her was her infectious smile. I know her family will miss her dearly. May you all find comfort and peace from Jehovah, the God who gives peace.
