Obituary:

Briasia D. “Bri Bri” Monroe, 21, of Orlando, departed this life on Monday, October 18, 2021. Briasia, affectionately called “Bri Bri” by her family and friends, was born on June 2, 2000 in Orlando, FL to Lourie Rosado and Lousone Monroe. She was educated in the Public School system of Orange County and after graduation she began working with Rotech Healthcare.

Bri Bri was loving, friendly and an all around joy to be around. She saw the best in everything and everyone. If you knew Briasia, she greeted you with an enormous smile or hug. She enjoyed going to the beach, listening to music, hanging out with friends, and eating at her favorite restaurants. She had such a lively personality, full of love and laughter. She had a passion for fashion and absolutely loved her family. Her departure is a deep and personal loss to her family and many friends and she will be greatly missed by them all.

Briasia, a beautiful Princess, leaves to cherish her memories: mother, Lourie (David) Rosado; father, Lousone Monroe; sisters, Andrea Edwards, Deja Monroe, Senteria Monroe; brothers, Kalani Monroe, Jahson Monroe, Davion Monroe; 2 step brothers, David (Krystle) Rosado, Josue (Katelyn) Rosado; maternal grandparents; Annette Williams, Eddie Edwards; paternal grandfather, Bobby Monroe; and a host of other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 29, 2021 from 4-6PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2021, 11:00 AM at Rejoice in the Lord Ministries, 8053 Gilliam Road, Apopka with Pastor Sharon Riley, officiating. Interment: Orlando Memorial Gardens, Apopka.
