Where do I begin? So many similarities that we shared, that made us connect. We both married Ken’s, 1st borns -Kenneth Jr’s, You have a Jacorey, I had a name saved for the girl I never had ,Korey, you have a Christopher, my parents last name -Christophe. We met 30 yrs ago, and have shared MANY,many, laughs, tears, and fond memories. I remember you trying to bribe me to smuggle you sweet potato pie without Ken finding out. I still smile when I think about Ken waiting to see if anyone else was gonna eat the “pepper” part of mamas crab/shrimp stuffed peppers before he ate his….too funny! I will miss you dear Jackie, very much. RIP my friend. Thank you for allowing me to share a small part of your life. My very deepest sympathy goes out to all of the Stephens family. Ken and I will always love you all. Ken and Dionne (Dee) Times
On behalf of my wife, Jessie, and I, we want to express our deepest condolences to Ken and his entire family for the loss of their beloved and highly esteemed matriarch of the family. We met Ken and Jackie for the first time in their beautiful home about 15 years ago through the friendship of our son, Johnny III, and your son Kris. The warmth and grace that Jackie and Ken extended to us that day made us immediate friends ever since. Through Jackie’s daycare and school, we owe her a great deal of gratitude for providing a Godly foundation and education for our Godson, Jeremy Benjamin. We thank the Lord for allowing the life and legacy of Jackie to be a blessing to not only us but for many others. We pray that the Peace, Comfort, and Grace of GOD that passes all understanding will comfort Ken and the entire Stephens family in their present grief and in the days to come. “Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot Heal”. We love you and may the Lord ever keep you. Johnny & Jessie Outing
