Obituary:

Jerald Alexander “Butt-Dog” Butler, 51, of Orlando, departed this life on Thursday, October 1, 2020. Jerald was born on July 21, 1969 in Newburgh, New York to Jane Brown and Wilton Butler, Jr. Jerald worked as a laborer in construction before his demise. In his spare time, he enjoyed riding his bicycle, telling jokes, and spending time with his family. Jerald was a loving father, brother and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his children, Tomarrow Butler, Jakeyrria Butler, Javeon Davis, Jasmine Butler, Jerald Butler, Jr.; loving sister, Latoya (Cody) Davis; and a host of other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16, 2020 from 4-6PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2020, 2:00PM at Harvest Baptist Church, 514 S. Parramore Avenue, Orlando with Pastor Glendy Hamilton, officiating. Interment: Washington Park Cemetery, Orlando.

Executive Order in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic… we will only allow 10 individuals in at a time to enter the funeral home. We must adhere to these guidelines so that we all can remain safe and secure during this crisis. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Family, sometimes I feel as though there are not enough words that can comfort you during this time of sorrow. I know of a man, that can. and he will. God specializes, he will comfort you and give you strength.
