Obituary:
Lloyd C. “Deeken” Haddocks, Sr., 77, of Orlando, FL departed this life on Sunday, April 12, 2020. Lloyd was born on January 21, 1943 in New Bedford, MA to Olivia and Richard Haddocks, Sr. He was a chief surveyor for the Massachusetts Port Authority prior to his demise. He and his family later relocated to Orlando, FL and became faithful members Grace Bible Church. Lloyd was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Lloyd leaves to cherish his love and memories to his: loving wife, Joyce Ann Haddocks; daughters, Christine (Scott) Charron, Cheryl Ruiz; sons, Lloyd Haddocks, Jr., Anthony Haddocks, Kevin (Rebecca) Haddocks; sister, Anita Stanford; brothers, Richard (Marcy) Haddocks, Jr., Francis Haddocks; 17 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 from 4-6PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2020 at 11:00 AM, Postell’s Mortuary Chapel, Orlando with Pastor Gene Pritchard, officiating. Interment: Orlando Memorial Gardens, Apopka.

Unable to join services but I know that LLoyd is in heaven saying “I am at Peace” Reading the obituary was wonderful. He was truly a compassionate man. My deepest condolences to the entire family and especially to Joyce. You and LLoyd were a loving couple.
