Obituary:

Yvonne F. Morris-Gordon, 82, of Orlando, departed this life on Sunday, February 1, 2026. Jean, as she was loving called, was born on July 16, 1943 in Kingston, Jamaica to Millicent Jackson and Joslyn Morris. Professionally, she worked in retail at Ross Clothing Store for several years.

She was a loving, caring, and respectable young woman. In her spare time she enjoyed crafting, sewing, and baking. Above all, she loved spending time with her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Yvonne leaves to cherish her memories: 3 children, Sandra Davidson, Paulette Gordon, Christopher Gordon; mother, Millicent Jackson; 2 siblings, Paulette McCrecam, Paul McCrecam; 3 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and many friends.

A service of memory will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026, 2:00 PM at Postell’s Mortuary Chapel, Orlando.
