Obituary:

Marian Dyer, 61, of Orlando, departed this life on Friday, December 12, 2025. Marian, lovingly known as “Cornelia” was born on February 2, 1964, on the beautiful island of Dominica to Michael Dyer and Christin Desbonnes.
At the age of 13, Marian moved to St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, where she began building a life filled with love, laughter, and family. She was always helping those in need, often putting others before herself—if you needed a shirt, she would give you the one off her back.

Marian had a deep passion for hairstyling, especially braiding, and she found joy in making others feel beautiful. Above all, she cherished being a devoted mother and a loyal friend. She will be remembered for her kindness, her strength, and the unconditional love she shared with everyone she encountered.

Marian leaves to cherish her memory of her children, Samuel Demming (Delice), Angel Caban, Alberic Dyer, Michael Dyer (Yolanda), and Tijuan Tate, Juanita Amoros and Ikisha Harris (Ramon); 19 grandchildren; siblings,
Vanya Dyer (Rosemay), Daisy Dyer, Eugenia Dick, Magdaline Abraham, Christaline Abraham, Cathrine Dyer (Cecilia), Jerome Dyer, James Dyer, and Michael Dyer. She also leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews, one devoted aunt, Veronica Benjamin; and a host of relatives and friends who will forever hold her close in their hearts. Among her dearest friends were Angela Streeter-Walker and Vonda Anthony, who shared many precious moments with her throughout the years. Marian’s legacy of love, laughter, and resilience will live on through all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 26, 2025 from 4-6PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2025, 1:00 PM at New Beginnings Family Church, 3249 Old Winter Garden Rd Ste. #19, Orlando with Pastor Jhonny Rowe, officiating. Interment: Washington Park Cemetery, Orlando.
