Obituary:

Kevin “Twin” Kemp, 64, of Winter Garden, departed this life on Monday, April 14, 2025. Kevin was born to the late John W. Kemp and Mary A. Kemp on November 2, 1960 in Winter Garden Florida. He graduated from West Orange High School where he went on to have 3 boys and 2 girls. Kevin displayed a joyful personality that was always contagious to others. His passion for dancing allowed him to connect and make a meaningful impacts in the lives of his loved ones and strangers alike. His happiness during challenging times is a true testament of his character and the definition of Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”.

He leaves to cherish his memories to his children, Kevin (Ashley) Kemp, Laquanda Kemp, Calvin Kemp, Alexis Williams, Quenten Kemp all of Orlando, Florida; brothers: Johnny Lee Kemp, Ray Charles Kemp, Marvin Kemp (Winter Garden, FL) Willie Kemp (Miami, FL); 3 grandchildren, Elise, Evamarie, Ja’zae Williams; and a host of other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25, 2025 from 5-7PM at the church. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2025, 11:00 AM at Tildenville Missionary Baptist Church, 233 Massey Avenue, Winter Garden with Pastor Gregory B. Clayton, officiating. Interment: Oakland Community Cemetery, Oakland.
