Obituary:

Jermayne Lerome “Mayne” Jones, 53, of Orlando, departed this life on Tuesday, October 14, 2025. Jermayne, a lifelong resident of Orlando, was born to Laura Bouie and Jerry Jones on April 13, 1972. He was educated in Orange County Public schools and entered the workforce soon after graduation. His passion for cooking allowed him to connect and make a meaningful impacts in the lives of his loved ones and strangers alike. He was a dedicated employee of Walt Disney World at the time of his demise. His happiness during challenging times is a true testament of his character and the definition of Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”.

He leaves to cherish his memories to his children, Jermal Jones, Jahquetta Jones, Chasity Jones, Jquan Jones, Jaylynn Jones; mother, Laura Bouie; 4 siblings, Gerald Counts, Earl Lee, Roderick Bouie, Lawana Lee; and a host of other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025 from 4-6PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, 2:00 PM at Community Baptist Church, 651 Campanella Avenue, Orlando, with Pastor Jerome Postell, officiating.
