Obituary:

Jennie V. Daniel, 87, of Orlando, departed this life on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. ‘B B’, as she was affectionately called, was born on April 24, 1937 in Greenville, AL to Onell and Cilas Hayes. Even as a child, Jennie was gentle and nurturing and loved by anybody she encountered. After she graduated high school, she began a career as a custodian with Orange County Public Schools.

Jennie enjoyed attending church, exercising, dancing, doing word search puzzles, and spending time with her family. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.

Jennie leaves to cherish her memories: 4 children, Bobby (Adrian) Stringer, Cynthia Stringer, Sharrow Fullwood, Leonard (Sharon) Jones; 4 siblings, Louise Loving, Ernestine Simmons, Ruby Hayes, Hattie (Riley) Young; 14 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and many friends. May her soul rest in peace!

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 18, 2025 from 4-6 PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2025, 11:00 AM at Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, 4724 Raleigh Street, Orlando with Pastor Gary Jefferson, officiating.
