Obituary:
Edna B. House, 71, of Orlando, departed this life on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. Edna was born on May 1, 1954 in Olongapo City, Philippines to the late Ruperta Alcantara and Paulino Bagasena. Professionally, Edna worked as an electrician with Bendix Electrical Company for several years.
Edna had a fun-spirited soul whose smile was stunning that it would light-up any room. What gave her the most joy in life was being around her grandchildren, whom she loved with all her heart. Edna was a beautiful, giving and kind individual that made a lasting impact on many lives, and she will forever be missed.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Edward C. House; 2 daughters, Bernadette Bagasena, Melinda House; 3 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025 from 4-6PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025, 1:00 PM at Postell’s Mortuary Chapel, Orlando with Dr. Elroy Johnson, officiating. Interment: Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, Mims, FL.

My condolences to the family, Father God has called his angel home, I am truly sorry for your loss. Edna was always vibrant and full of energy. She was a joy to be around for the many years I knew her. May God rest her soul.
My condolences to Ed and the family on Edna‘s going home to be with the Lord. She was so full of energy and life those many years ago when I first met her.
