Obituary:
Charles Richardson, 72, of Orlando, departed this life on Monday, August 10, 2020. Charles was born on February 18, 1948 in Quincy, Florida to Lovie Jane and Arguster Richardson, Jr. He served his country proudly in the US Marines until he retired as a Sergeant in July 1975. He was a devoted brother and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
He leaves his loving memories to be cherished by his sister, Rosemary Green; sister-in-law, Blanche (Dennis) Smith-Williams; caretaker, Homer Hartage; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2020, 11:00AM at Florida National VA Cemetery, Bushnell, FL with full military honors.

Charles was a great leader, teacher and friend to me. He proudly took me under his wings and taught me the ins and outs of HRS and the Department of Juvenile Justice System. From my 30 years in the Department, I learned a lot from his tutorledge and wisdom. I will always cherish and carry his memory and legacy with me for the rest of my life. “Go ahead my friend and brother and take your rest.
