Charles worked on my properties performing maintenance and assessments for me for several years as I live in CA and was not able to make it out to Orlando very often. He was an honest and fair man, always seeking to do things the right way. We spoke by phone many times and I always enjoyed our conversations…because when business was done we would share our personal stories and it was always comforting to hear. I never doubted him and always felt that God was his compass. He will be missed not only for his business sense and fairness, but mainly for his love of people.
