Obituary:
Zelene S. White, 93, of Orlando, departed this life on Saturday, November 7, 2020. Zelene was born on September 28, 1927 in Sylvester, GA to Flora and Horrie Siders.
Zelene dedicated her life to service to her family and community. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family. She was the matriarch of the White family, who instilled love, wisdom, and Christian values for all of her children and grandchildren to follow. Zelene was a devoted mother, sister, grandmother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her daughters, Mimi Kindred, Dedra (Stephen) Goudas; sons, Gary R. White, Gregory E. (Margaret) White, Rolfe K. (Kyungsook) White; brother, Willie James (Ophelia) Siders; 11 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 13, 2020 from 4-6PM at the mortuary. A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2020, 11:00 AM, Postell’s Mortuary Chapel, Orlando with Pastor Arnold Porter, officiating. Interment: Orlando memorial Gardens, Apopka.

I will always keep my Grandmother Mel in my heart. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed. May she Rest In Peace. She is now in God’s Hands.

Ms. White must have been a great lady and she will be missed by family and those who knew her. Remember her legacy and carry her grace forward.
