Obituary:
Yvonne A. Edwards, 86, of Orlando, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2025. She was born on January 3, 1939, to the late Pauline Akins and Lee Edwards in Kingston, New York. After completing her formal education, Yvonne worked in the banking industry as a branch manager.
Yvonne accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age and was a devout Christian. Among her surviving family, her memory is cherished by her loving godson, Rev. Terence R. Gray. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A service of memory will be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, 11:00 AM at St. Mark African Methodist Episcopal Church, 1968 Bruton Boulevard, Orlando with Pastor Terence R. Gray, I, officiating.
