    It is my sincere sadness for the loss of your love one. I am so grateful to have known Mr. Rackard. He in so many ways instilled a sense of being someone who could succeed at anything I waned to do or be the best I could be. My symthany.

    Do not fear [anything], for I am with you;
    Do not be afraid, for I am your God.
    I will strengthen you, be assured I will help you;
    I will certainly take hold of you with My righteous right hand [a hand of justice, of power, of victory, of salvation].’
