Obituary:

Wayne Leonard Pettigrew, 62, of Orlando, departed this life on Monday, July 20, 2020. Wayne was born on June 26, 1958 in Perrine, Florida to Irene and Johnny Pettigrew He served his country proudly in the US Marines until he retired as a Staff Sergeant in August 1997. He was an aircraft maintenance worker in the Army prior to his demise. He was a devoted husband, father, brother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He leaves his loving memories to be cherished by his loving wife, Michelle Pettigrew; son, Michael Pettigrew; daughter, Sarah Pettigrew; siblings, Judy Pettigrew-Douglas, Robin Jones, Danny Pettigrew, Keith Pettigrew, Stanley Pettigrew, Wanda Hammond, Greg Pettigrew; other relatives, and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 from 4-6PM at the mortuary. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2020, 11:00AM at Florida National VA Cemetery, Bushnell, FL with full military honors.

Executive Order in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic… we will only allow 10 individuals in at a time to enter the funeral home. We must adhere to these guidelines so that we all can remain safe and secure during this crisis. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
