Mr. Kelly was a man of few words, his daughter and I are longtime friends and I remember being VERY scared of him lol. As soon as he opened up from that moment forward he was a wonderful human being! My love goes out to Tyra and Ma (Mrs. Kelly) you guys are loved and I am praying for your strength in this time. Love you guys, Kiaka
Sending our sincere condolences and love to you Vicky and Tyra. We are saddened to hear the news and pray for your strength and courage during these difficult times. We will always remember Thyrone , (the friendly giant, lol) from the days back in Illinois. His bold presence and kindness will stay with us. Rachel, Kristena and Kenya
I was very sad about this news. I am so sorry… Thy was my boss in Rochester and became a great friend. Even after I left Xerox, every time he came to Brazil we saw each other and went out for lunch. He usually ordered noodles with meet balls. We had great respect for each other and I feel sorry that in the last few years we haven’t talked to each other very much…My condolences to Tyra and Mrs. Kelly.
I worked with Ty for several years in places like Brazil , Mexico and in Webster NY.
He was a great professional and a great counselor , he always was there to help others in their professional and even personal matters.
For a couple years we used to have lunch together every single day and he always helped me with his wisdom on my adaptation here in USA
Discuss basketball and jazz we’re always part of our common interest and subject of our conversation.
Ty was a person that we all never forget

Ty, was a giant of a man and a wonderful human being. We followed parallel paths, at Xerox, for many years and finally got together in Developing Markets Manufacturing, We had many conversations about our families. He always spoke lovingly about his Mother, Wife Vickie and daughter Tyra, who he is very proud of. He provided excellent expertise and support to design engineering and to our Manufacturing Plant in Brazil, which had a positive impact on the people and also Xerox. Ty will be missed and I know he will have the porch light on.
